What living here is actually like

Flip one suburb map between the Family-Fit score, socio-economics, who lives here, the train commute, everyday amenities, official hazard overlays and recorded-incident safety - every figure straight from an official source, never blended into a single number. Our Family-Fit score is a published method, and its inputs are shown right here on the Family-Fit lens - and on every suburb page.

Map boundaries: ABS SA2 boundaries (the same set used on the state choropleths) - a small number of very small inner-city SA2s aren’t in this boundary file yet, so they won’t appear as a shaded shape here even though their suburb profile exists. Use the list or search to find them regardless. Search also matches gazetted suburb names an area’s title doesn’t carry - a row reading “Covers Harkness” is the statistical area that suburb sits in, and every figure on it describes the whole area, not that suburb alone.
