1. About this site
SuburbRadar is a publisher of suburb-level information sourced from public Australian government datasets. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, taxation, real-estate, schooling, or migration advice. The site is intended as a starting point for research, not a substitute for professional advice.
2. No warranty on data
We take care to compute every metric correctly from primary sources, and to attribute each metric on the page where it appears. However:
- Data may be out of date between source releases.
- Census, NAPLAN, valuer and lifestyle datasets each carry their own collection limitations and statistical noise.
- Suburb boundaries, school catchments and postcode mappings change over time.
Verify any number that materially affects a decision against the primary source linked on the page, or against a licensed professional.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, share, and link to SuburbRadar pages freely. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site beyond ordinary human use, except via any API we publish under its own terms.
- Republish substantial portions of SuburbRadar content as if it were your own data.
- Use the site to harass, defame, or stalk a person, school, or business.
- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users.
4. Affiliate links
Some outbound links on the site are affiliate links — we earn a commission if you act on them, at no extra cost to you. We disclose affiliate placements both inline and on the dedicated Affiliate Disclosure page. Affiliate relationships do not change the editorial independence of any data shown on a suburb profile.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, SuburbRadar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on information published on it. Where statutory rights cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (where the law permits) to re-supply of the relevant content.
6. Third-party content
Maps, school information, demographic data, and similar are sourced from third parties named in our Methodology. We do not own that source data and do not warrant its accuracy beyond reproducing it faithfully.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of that State have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
